The Copa Libertadores final will once again be 100% Brazilian, with Palmeiras and Flamengo facing off on November 29 in Lima. Palmeiras qualified for the final act of the competition after a convincing 4-0 victory over the Ecuadorian team Quito, thus erasing the memory of the previous defeat of 3-0.

Flamengo advanced to the final after defeating Racing Club from Argentina 1-0 on aggregate. Both teams have three trophies in their history and have met in the final before in 2021, when Palmeiras won.
