Meta has announced that large companies will be able to use voice communication features on WhatsApp, allowing them to make audio calls with AI-generated voices. This functionality, which was previously reserved for small businesses, will allow large companies to communicate business messages and provide customer support. Users will also be able to send voice messages through WhatsApp, and WhatsApp Business already has over 200 million monthly users.
