A Tesla driver attracted attention using Apple's Vision Pro headset while the car was running in assisted driving mode.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has launched investigations into crashes in which Tesla vehicles were operating in Autopilot mode, including fatalities. Concerns have also been raised about Tesla software updates that could lead to driver inattention.
