Meta, has announced a new artificial intelligence model called "Movie Gen", designed to create realistic videos and audio clips based on user requests.

'Movie Gen' is billed as a rival to leading media generation tools such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs offerings. Its capabilities include the generation of short video clips, from animals swimming or surfing to customized videos showing real photos of people in various actions.
