An asteroid between 210 and 480 meters in diameter will approach Earth on Friday at a distance of 2.7 million kilometers.

The asteroid, named 2008 OS7, was discovered in 2008 and poses no threat to our planet. Several other smaller asteroids will also pass close to Earth around the same time, but there is no cause for concern, according to experts.
