iOS 26, announced at the WWDC conference, will bring a Vision Pro headset-inspired GUI with transparency effects and rounded edges. The new version will adapt the design of apps for a more efficient usable space. Features like turning photos into 3D scenes, an intuitive design for the photo app, and a unified section in the Phone app are included. iOS 26 will also enable chat customization in Messages and open access to third-party developers through Apple Intelligence. The new Games app will centralize available games. Release is scheduled for the fall, after iPhone 17.
