The President of CNAS, Horațiu Moldovan, announced that patients will receive information by SMS or e-mail about the medical services they have received. An online platform for medical appointments will also be created, interoperable with existing systems. In addition, hospitals will report the real costs of services, and the CNAS is working on a new methodology for evaluating medicines. There are also plans to increase the billing of medical services for family doctors, in favor of payment per service.
