Radu Miruță, the Minister of National Defense of Romania, will participate on Wednesday and Thursday in two essential meetings for European and Euro-Atlantic security, held in Brussels.


On Wednesday, the minister will attend the meeting of the European Union's Foreign Affairs Council, where military support for Ukraine will be discussed, with a focus on cooperation in defense innovation.


On Thursday, Miruță will meet with NATO defense ministers, where issues related to deterrence, defense, and cooperation with Ukraine will be discussed. Additionally, there will be bilateral meetings with NATO and EU officials.


Radu Miruță will be accompanied by the Chief of Defense Staff and the Secretary of State for Defense Policy.
