Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan said that the average retirement age in the justice system is 48 years and the average pension is €5,000, which is unequal compared to the rest of the population. Bolojan emphasized that it is necessary to correct this situation through special laws, given the long-term economic impact. He noted that it is essential to bring the retirement age into line with European standards and that Romania must tackle the issue of special pensions.
