Nicușor Dan, the president of Romania, highlighted the vulnerabilities of public administration, including corruption, which affects social cohesion and the efficiency of the state. He mentioned that the lack of collaboration and innovation in administration contributes to stagnation. Additionally, Nicușor Dan presented the National Defense Strategy, which focuses on protecting the citizen and increasing trust in state institutions.

The strategy addresses the gap between the advancement of society and the lagging public administration, emphasizing the concept of "solidarity independence." Furthermore, the president will hold meetings with coalition leaders and representatives of the judiciary to discuss service pensions within the judicial system, in the context of a Justice crisis.
