Ciucă is taking on the project of transforming Bucharest under the patronage of the country's president, proposing to move the Government headquarters, demolish the walls around the Parliament Palace and create a park in the area. He also wants to set up a business center called City Bucharest. His plan was presented alongside the capital's general mayor Nicușor Dan.
