Eugen Tomac believes that in order to ensure a fair and transparent electoral process, real guarantees are needed, which can only be obtained through the immediate resignation of Toni Greblă as head of AEP. The CCJ's decision to validate the protocol of constitution of the United Right Alliance was taken after the appeal against the decision of the Central Electoral Bureau was admitted.
