The Minister of Economy, Radu Miruță, has announced with astonishment that the ministry owns a 1,500 square meter building in Bucharest, with 54 offices, which has been rented for 18 years without generating any income. Miruță pointed out that although the building is occupied by firms, the ministry has not collected a single penny in rent, and has now ordered the eviction to allow the state to use the building and collect rent. He condemned the situation and promised that he would not tolerate such abuses.
