The President of the Buzău County Council, Marcel Ciolacu, announced that in the meeting of the county deliberative body next month, a draft resolution will be adopted to reduce the organizational chart by 25 positions, although the administrative reform would have allowed for an increase in the number of employees.
Ciolacu mocked the approach of Prime Minister Bolojan, mentioning that he will not hire up to 287 people, as suggested, emphasizing that reforms cannot be made just from an office. He explained that, although the Prefect Institution indicated the need to increase the organizational chart from 253 to 287 positions, the Buzău County Council will propose a limit of a maximum of 225 employees. The plan includes reorganizing subordinate institutions and reducing administrative costs by centralizing services, with the aim of having a more efficient structure.
