AUR has received two fines totaling €25,000 for failing to comply with GDPR rules, including disclosing supporters' personal data.

The National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing imposed two fines on the AUR party, totaling €25,000. The first fine of €10,000 was imposed for exposing supporters' personal data in the AUR application, accessible through a vulnerable interface. The second fine of €15,000 was imposed for improper data collection on the www.semnezsivotez.org and www.semnezsivotez.ro platforms. These platforms were closed for the duration of the investigation.
