Eazy Insurance includes Roadside Assistance in the Direct Settlement clause for RCA policies, at no additional cost

Eazy Asigurări announces the inclusion of Roadside Assistance services in the Direct Settlement clause for RCA policies, without changing its price. The new benefit is available through the Essential plan and applies to eligible vehicles, both in the event of an accident and when the vehicle becomes immobile due to a technical failure.

By calling 021 9704, available around the clock, policyholders can request vehicle towing, roadside repair, recovery of the vehicle from off-road locations, and transportation for the driver and passengers. Depending on the plan limits, accommodation services, repatriation of the vehicle to Romania, and unlimited telephone assistance are also available.

In the event of an accident, towing is provided without a mileage limit within Romania. Assistance can also be requested for situations such as a flat tire, a discharged battery, lack of fuel, or filling up with the wrong fuel. Services are provided within the territorial limits of the Green Card system and under the conditions set out in the policy.

The clause can be added online on the Eazy Asigurări website or through partner intermediaries. Eligible vehicles include passenger cars with no more than nine seats and light commercial vehicles weighing up to 3.5 tonnes, registered in Romania and no more than 20 years old when the insurance begins. The company works with more than 650 partner repair facilities nationwide.
