The first stage in the expansion of the Eazy Asigurări shareholding is completed: ASF has approved the 20% participation of the Autonom Group.

Eazy Asigurări, a Romanian company, has completed the first stage of expanding its shareholding by incorporating Autonom International, which will hold 20% of the share capital. The Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) approved the acquisition on March 25, 2026. The partnership with the Autonom Group, known for its mobility and financing services, will strengthen Eazy Asigurări's position in the insurance market.

We have grown rapidly, focusing on relevant solutions and simple processes, and the partnership with Autonom supports this evolution and the next stages of development, including the solid expertise it brings in the field of mobility, an important differentiator for us as an insurer,” says Cristian Ionescu, CEO of Eazy Asigurări.
