A study by Vocational DNA shows that more than half of 16-18 year olds don't know which career path to choose, despite exams approaching.

The Mind Architect survey found that 16-18 year olds feel confused about their future careers even before the baccalaureate and university entrance exams. Many adults are also dissatisfied with the workplace, suggesting a lack of guidance and an ineffective education system. Paul Olteanu, founder of ADN Vocacional, emphasizes the importance of discovering personal talents and values in order to build a fulfilling career.
