On Sunday, a woman was discovered selling archaeological fragments, believed to come from the Dacian period, in a butcher's shop in Iasi. Prices for these artifacts varied between 3 and 5 lei each, raising suspicions about their provenance and the legality of the sale. The authorities could step in to investigate the situation.
