A 51-year-old man from Topraisar is suspected of murdering his 45-year-old concubine in a spontaneous conflict.

The incident took place on Tuesday when the man allegedly hit his concubine with a sharp-edged object, possibly an axe, in their home. Constanta police and prosecutors are investigating the case, but have not previously received any reports of conflict between the two or requests for protection orders. Investigations are continuing to clarify the circumstances.
