Three men from Cluj-Napoca are accused of kidnapping a man with locomotor disabilities from Timișoara and taking him to Cluj-Napoca to beg.

Three men were detained for unlawful deprivation of liberty after they abducted a disabled man from outside a supermarket in Timisoara and took him to Cluj to beg. If the man did not bring money, he was beaten. The abduction took place two days ago.
