The Prahova Court of Prahova has ruled in the case of Robert Andrei Nica, son of the former leader of the Sportivilor clan, a non-custodial measure for attempted murder, imposing daily assistance and vocational training. Nica was also ordered to pay €20,000 in moral damages to the victim, who was attacked with a machete during a party. The incident took place in Busteni and Nica reacted aggressively after a discussion with the victim about the disturbing music. The court decision is not final.
