Romania has received the formal OECD Opinion, confirming alignment with international standards on digital transformation.

This step marks the finalization of Romania's assessment in the OECD's Digital Policy Committee. The assessment covered emerging technology governance, cybersecurity and digital competences. Romania submitted its initial memorandum of accession to the OECD in December 2022 and is at the technical stage of the assessment process.
