Radu Miruță has criticized the way state-owned companies operate, saying that they are used as tools that damage the Romanian state. He emphasized that in the last 8 years, all companies subordinated to the Ministry of Economy have had illegal management appointments, with a deliberately delayed selection process. Miruță has announced that he has extended the audit to all subordinate companies and that he will refer the matter to the Public Prosecutor's Office if the irregularities are confirmed. He pledged to improve the situation of these companies during his mandate.
