The man accused by his daughter of threatening to kill them has been detained again on blackmail charges.

The case was brought to public attention by a TikTok video posted by Karla Puscaș, in which she claims that her father is threatening her and her mother. After police investigated, it was determined that the messages received by the mother constituted blackmail and the man was detained for a second time. The police officers who initially handled the case are also being investigated for their handling of the situation. The man will be presented to magistrates for a preventive measure.
