The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) announces the launch in August of competitions for 290 posts in response to a shortage of staff caused by retirements and resignations. Currently, 15% of diplomatic and 40% of technical-administrative staff are seconded from other institutions. The MFA has achieved a partial stabilization of staff in its headquarters, but the need for staff remains acute, especially in the technical-administrative sector. Competitions will include specific training for those selected.
