The General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police is launching a 51.65 million lei tender for an automatic fixed camera system for License Plate Recognition.

<p>IGPR is planning to purchase an automatic fixed camera system for License Plate Recognition (License Plate Recognition) under a 24-month framework agreement to support the structures of the MAI. The system will allow real-time identification of vehicles of operational interest and will extend existing capabilities by deploying a mobile system. The tender includes four lots, totaling 51.65 million lei, with the aim of ensuring nationwide coverage by 1,100 fixed LPR cameras.
