Marian Barbu and Mihai-Constantin Petcu have filed complaints against Paul Havsgaard, accusing him of serious abuses against them and other children for eight years. The lawsuit also involves the Harvest Christian Fellowship Church, accused of negligence in supervising Havsgaard. The men claim that the former pastor lured them with promises of shelter and education, but they were subjected to severe abuses. The church denies the allegations, stating that most are false. Other complaints from additional victims are also expected.
