Finance Minister Alexandru Nazare said that the electronic application 'Budget NG', planned from 2021, will transform the budgeting process from traditional paper-based methods. It will allow authorizing officers to enter data more efficiently, reducing the time needed for amendments. Nazare stressed the importance of multi-year budget planning, which could reduce annual financial pressure and provide greater certainty in resource allocation.
