According to a survey by eJobs, the benefits most valued by employees include luncheon vouchers, medical passes and extra days off. While most employers offer similar packages to last year, 22% plan to expand them. The average value of monthly benefits is between 601 and 1,000 lei, but employees believe that an ideal package should exceed 1,000 lei. At the same time, 65% of employees believe that an attractive package can influence their decision to accept a new job offer.
