Police officers from the Special Action Service intervened to immobilize a man in crisis who was threatening with an axe.

The 27-year-old was found in an aggressive seizure, trapped in his apartment in Sector 5 of the capital. With the help of a team of negotiators and a special intervention team, the police managed to immobilize him and transport him to a medical facility for evaluation and treatment.
