Metrorex is in a financial conflict with Alstom, having a total debt of 50 million euros. While Metrorex has requested the enforcement of the performance guarantee for 13 trains, Alstom has deemed this action hostile, considering that 11 trains have already been delivered. The French company warned that this move could compromise the viability of the project.
