Olvia Investments Ltd, part of the Island Oil Holdings Group, has announced its intention to take over Green Port Operator SRL, a project company for a liquid products terminal in the Port of Constanta. According to the legislation in force, this transaction must be authorized by the Competition Council, which will assess its compatibility with the normal competitive environment. Comments can be sent to the competition authority within 20 days.
