Ion Cătălin Ștefan, known as Cheloo, was reported to the police for outrageous behavior in the courtyard of the Cathedral of the Salvation of the Nation, where he parked his personal car. Identified by police officers, he was tested positive for drugs and negative for alcohol. He was taken to the INML for biological samples. Cheloo, the leader of the band Paraziții and a juror on 'iUmor', has a history of drug problems.
