A 17-year-old student from Bucharest is accused of sending hundreds of bomb threat messages to US schools.

He was placed under house arrest after a New York judge issued a remand warrant for his arrest. FBI agents suspect him of sending fake bomb threats to schools and synagogues in the US and the UK. He is also accused of influencing American teenage girls to create pornographic material and self-harm.
