Authorities in Tulcea activated the Red Intervention Plan after an accident between a coach and a truck, but all persons refused medical transportation

On Wednesday, the authorities in Tulcea activated the Red Intervention Plan after a road accident between a coach carrying 20 people and a truck. Emergency crews, including fire and rescue vehicles, were sent to the scene. Subsequently, the Plan was deactivated at 17:00 and the passengers in the coach refused transportation to hospital, continuing their journey by another coach.
