A man from Brasov has built a villa on an 8-storey block of flats, and the construction is legal, having been authorized since 1999.

The house was built in 1999 and measures 42.02 square meters. The authorities checked the situation and found that the construction is legal, with all the necessary paperwork. Access to the villa is from the common staircase on the 8th floor, via a metal staircase to the terrace area of the block.
