Dashcam footage shows a 12-year-old boy driving a BMW while an adult sits in the passenger seat. Police identified both the minor and the accompanying adult and opened a criminal case for driving without a license. Such incidents have occurred in the past, with a similar one happening in Cluj in 2021.
