Dorin Recean stated that Russia is conducting a "siege" on the Republic of Moldova through interventions in the electoral campaign. He identified four methods used by the Kremlin: involving criminal groups for disorder, electoral corruption through the criminal network Șor, cyber attacks on critical infrastructure, and massive informational poisoning. Recean urged citizens to remain vigilant and to denounce any attempt at electoral fraud, emphasizing the importance of an honest vote for the future of the country.
