Moldovan citizens living abroad are preparing to vote by mail in the parliamentary elections on September 28. The authorities have sent the electoral materials to the special sections in ten countries.

Registered voters will receive the ballots, and the vote must be sent by September 26, 2025. The Central Electoral Commission has printed 2,472 ballots, and voting by mail allows Moldovans in the diaspora to participate in elections regardless of distance.
