The National Integrity Authority has found that Lucian Rogac, a former member of the Licensing Commission for the legal profession, has an unjustified wealth difference of over 539,000 lei, resulting from his income and expenses during the period of March - May 2021. Although his family reported an income of 108,913 lei, the expenses were 223,925 lei, including for a BMW X5. ANI will send the case to court, and Rogac, one of Vlad Plahotniuc's lawyers, risks being banned from public office.
