The reintegration policies office in Chișinău reported that, from 2021 until September 1, 2025, 1,758 beneficiaries from the left bank of the Dniester received social benefits from the social insurance budget of the Republic of Moldova. In 2024, the number of beneficiaries reached a peak of 582, due to the increase in applications for the childbirth allowance and for the care of children up to two years old. Additionally, in 2025, 347 families benefited from various types of allowances, including for raising twin children.
