According to OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, the lack of legal protection for conversations with artificial intelligence (AI) could have serious consequences. Altman pointed out that the same legal protections do not currently exist for conversations with a human therapist, doctor or lawyer. This was highlighted in a recent episode of This Past Weekend with Theo Von. Altman called attention to a significant gap in today's legal system: the lack of legal privacy when the therapist is an AI.
