Zelensky sends Putin an open letter proposing a direct meeting to end the conflict

He presents the significant losses of the Russian army, estimating that over 30,000 soldiers have been killed or wounded. In the end, Zelensky urges Putin not to hesitate to negotiate and proposes a direct meeting to discuss ending the conflict.

The Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Andrii Sybiha, stated that this letter represents a serious proposal for peace, which will be conveyed through diplomatic channels.
