Volodimir Zelenski has underlined the importance of setting up a special tribunal to try Russia's crimes of aggression against Ukraine. He called for all war criminals, including President Putin, to be held accountable. The tribunal, backed by the Council of Europe, will allow these crimes to be tried, bypassing the limitations of the International Criminal Court. A register for compensation has also been set up, receiving over 34,000 applications.
