Ukraine has sent an offer to Moscow for a new round of peace talks, wanting to speed up talks for a ceasefire, President Zelenski said. Although two rounds of talks have been held in Istanbul, no agreement has been reached in the conflict that has lasted more than three years. Russia continues its offensive in Donetsk and maintains high demands, while the US threatens to impose tougher sanctions if an agreement is not reached in 50 days.
