President Zelenski has announced a new offer of negotiations with Russia to accelerate talks on a ceasefire.

Ukraine has sent an offer to Moscow for a new round of peace talks, wanting to speed up talks for a ceasefire, President Zelenski said. Although two rounds of talks have been held in Istanbul, no agreement has been reached in the conflict that has lasted more than three years.
