In contrast, Secretary of State Marco Rubio took a more cautious approach, stating that there is still much to be done. Ukraine's chief negotiator, Rustem Umerov, reported substantial progress, and President Zelensky highlighted the importance of constructive discussions to ensure Ukraine's sovereignty.
