Donald Trump has said that his scheduled meeting with Vladimir Putin in Alaska has a 75% chance of success, but there is also a 25% chance that it will not be worth the effort. If the talks are fruitful, Trump could hold a trilateral meeting with Ukrainian President Zelensky. The Kremlin confirmed the meeting and stressed the need for favorable conditions for a possible meeting between Putin and Zelensky. Moscow also called for a focus on the Russia-US bilateral summit.
