In an interview with the BBC, Donald Trump said that although he is disappointed with Vladimir Putin, he has not given up talking to him. The US president admitted that he is changing his view on NATO, now believing that the organization pays its own way and supports collective defense. Trump noted that he had several opportunities to reach an agreement with Russia, but they were compromised by Putin's actions. He also discussed his upcoming visit to the UK and the impact of the attempted bombing on him.
