He mentioned that the deadline for the divestment of the Chinese stake could be extended, maintaining the same favorable conditions. Trump will discuss the matter with Chinese President Xi Jinping. He also signed an executive order that postpones the enforcement of the 2024 law, which requires the sale of the Chinese stake in TikTok by December 16.
